3. Order Issues: If your jacket arrives with a defect or incorrect details due to our error, notify us within 7 days for a resolution (refund or remake at our discretion).
4. Turnaround Time: Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guideline but may vary based on seasonal demand or supply chain delays.
